The rates listed here are current as at 1st July 2025.

  • Level 1 IT Support

    General Labour rate for work that is excluded from your service agreement:
    Onsite: Minimum 1 hour charge
    Remote Support: Minimum 40 minute charge

  • Level 2 IT Support

    Complex Labour such as Azure Configurations, Server Maintenance, Database Management, Powershell, Scripting, Programming

    $200excl. GST
    per hour

  • Project Management

    Management and consultation on Projects

    $220excl. GST

  • Security Audits

    Managing, Actioning and Writing Security Audits

    $220excl. GST
    per hour

  • Level 3 Engineer

    Complex Tasks that are beyond level 2.  We rarely need to pull this card but will quote on it if necessary.

  • Emergency Technician

    After hours calls, Emergency Escalations, Tickets lodged through escalation Channels

    *If an emergency callout requires onsite attendance, travel is charged from the location of the on-call technician for travel to and from destination at the emergency callout rate.
