About Us
Pritech has an experienced team of IT professionals who are willing to offer a range of services for all your IT needs, including ongoing IT support and management. Our skills are based on both technical knowledge and real world experience, giving us the breadth to manage any IT problem that arises. While our office is based in Hobart, we also have technicians located in Launceston servicing our Northern Tasmanian customers.
Pritech combines experience with approachability and friendliness.

Experienced Technicians
We hire staff largely around life experience and in-field experience over formal qualifications. While we value Microsoft and other certifications, we value the life experience of our staff and time working in the role much more than qualifications, as the nature of the IT business is ever changing. We prefer your support technician to know what to do based on having seen it in the real world before, rather than just from a textbook.
Full Service Managed Service Provider
Pritech, originally an offshoot of the Principal Computers brand, provides a one stop shop for all your IT needs, as well as having approachable, friendly staff. We pride ourselves on employing staff who, whilst having a wealth of technical knowledge, can explain their processes in a way that anyone can understand, regardless of IT experience.
We can consult with you on a technical solution that suits your needs. We are not tied to a specific brand or product, and we work across a wide range of industries.
